DumpLogic Rental Updates
DumpLogic runs the booking checkout that many dumpster rental companies use. When you book a rental there, you can choose to get DumpLogic Rental Updates: short texts from DumpLogic telling you when your dumpster is coming and when your driver is on the way, and, once the rental is done, up to two requests to review the rental company. DumpLogic writes every message, sends it from DumpLogic's own phone numbers, and handles STOP and HELP. The rental company provides the dumpster; it does not write or send these texts.
How you sign up
At checkout, you pick one of two choices. Neither is selected for you, and you can book either way: consent is not a condition of purchase. When you book by phone instead, the rental company reads you the same terms and checks the box only if you say yes.
What DumpLogic texts you
Only messages about your own rental. No marketing, offers or discounts, ever. For example:
- Hi Maria, it's DumpLogic! Your 15 Yard dumpster from RED-E-BINS is scheduled for drop-off tomorrow (Thursday, October 15) between 8-10 AM. We'll text you when your driver is on the way. Reply STOP to end DumpLogic texts.
- Hi Maria, it's DumpLogic! Your driver is on the way with your 15 Yard dumpster from RED-E-BINS. Reply here with questions, or STOP to end DumpLogic texts.
- Hi Maria, it's DumpLogic! Your driver is on the way to pick up your dumpster from RED-E-BINS. Reply here with questions, or STOP to end DumpLogic texts.
After the rental is complete, where the rental company has turned it on, up to two review requests, sent between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time. They are the same for every customer, never ask for a particular rating, and never offer anything in exchange:

Message frequency varies with your rental, usually two texts per drop-off or pickup, plus up to two review requests at the end. Msg & data rates may apply.
Replies, help and stopping
- Questions. Reply to any text and DumpLogic passes your message to your driver.
- Help. Reply HELP, or email support@dumplogic.tech.
- Stop. Reply STOP to any DumpLogic text and they end. Reply START to turn them back on.
