Terms & Notifications Agreement
1. What this agreement is
This is an agreement between you and DumpLogic for DumpLogic's notification service. When you book a dumpster rental through a participating operator and opt in, DumpLogic — not the operator — sends you transactional text-message (SMS) and email updates about your rental. DumpLogic authors all message content, manages your opt-in, and is the party identified as texting you. The operator provides the rental itself and supplies the booking details that drive your updates.
By opting in to notifications, you agree to this agreement and to the DumpLogic Privacy Policy.
2. The notification service
- DumpLogic sends automated, transactional messages tied to your rental: booking confirmation, drop-off and pickup reminders, en-route/ETA updates, delivery and completion confirmations, schedule changes, and access/exception notices. These texts are sent by an automated system.
- Messages are DumpLogic-authored. Operators supply data (such as business name, driver, and ETA) and trigger events, but do not write or edit the message text.
- The service is transactional only. DumpLogic does not send promotional or marketing messages through this service.
3. Your consent and how to opt out
- Opt-in. You enroll by affirmatively opting in to automated texts at booking. Message frequency varies with your rental activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP to any DumpLogic text. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further texts. You can opt back in by replying START.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@dumplogic.tech.
- Scope of opt-out. If you receive DumpLogic notifications for rentals with more than one operator, replying STOP stops all DumpLogic texts to that mobile number. You may still receive service from the operator by phone or email.
4. Use of your phone number and data
- DumpLogic uses your mobile number only to send the transactional notifications described here.
- DumpLogic does not use your number for marketing and does not sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide a mobile number you control and are authorized to enroll, and keep it current.
- Notify us if you stop using or transfer that number so we can stop messaging it.
6. The operator relationship
DumpLogic provides notifications about a rental fulfilled by the operator. The operator is responsible for the rental service itself (delivery, pickup, billing, and service terms). Your rental with the operator is governed by the operator's own agreement; service questions should go to the operator.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Notifications are provided "as is." Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other factors outside our control; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and DumpLogic does not guarantee delivery or timing.
8. Changes and termination
We may update this agreement or the service; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. We may suspend or end the notification service, and you may opt out at any time (Section 3).
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
